All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Be mindful that high demand products may take additional processing time.
- Please note: Your tracking number is sent automatically via e-mail when your order is shipped (it can take up to 3 - 5 business days to update, depending on the carrier). It usually is 13 characters long and could contain numbers and/or letters.

- Please note: We are unable to cancel or refund orders once they have been processed for shipping or dispatched, as they are in the hands of the shipping carrier and no longer in our direct control.

Optional Shipping Protection
To give you peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection during checkout. This service is designed to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage while in transit—common issues that can occur once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier.
Why Add Shipping Protection?
- Lost in Transit: If your order never arrives and is not marked as delivered, we’ll reship your order at no extra cost. However, if the tracking shows “Delivered” and your local post office confirms delivery, this will be treated as theft, not loss.
- Stolen Packages: If tracking shows the package was delivered but you never received it, you're eligible for a replacement or store credit (upon review).
- Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll replace the product or offer store credit.
- Package protection does NOT cover:
Expedited shipments not arriving on time.
Orders mis-delivered due to wrong address being entered.
Quality control issues.
How It Works:
- You can add shipping protection to your cart during checkout for a small fee, based on your order value.
- If a shipping issue arises, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date for lost items) with your order number and any supporting details or photos.
- Our team will review the claim promptly and take action accordingly— a replacement or store credit.
Important Note: If you choose to opt out of shipping protection, True Health Experts is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped and confirmed as received by the carrier. Without protection, any claims for non-delivery or damage must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
Important Disclaimer: Shipping protection does not equal a refund. This service is designed to replace lost, stolen, or damaged items, not to serve as a way to get money-back. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any attempts to misuse the policy may result in denial of coverage.

Shipping Carrier Delays
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Royal Mail), and we no longer have control over the delivery timeline.
True Health Experts is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to:
- High-volume periods (e.g., holiday season)
- Weather disruptions (e.g., storms, wildfires, hurricanes)
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
- Carrier operational issues (e.g., labor shortages, mechanical delays, rerouting)
- Customs clearance delays (for international orders)
- Packages marked “In Transit” with no tracking updates for several days
- Rerouting or extended delivery windows in rural or high-traffic areas
- Packages marked lost if shipping protection was not added.
If your tracking number has not updated or your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate information. You're also welcome to reach out to our support team—we’re happy to assist and provide guidance.

Return Eligiblity
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return for a potential refund or store credit with a member of our customer support team.
Due to strict health and sanitation standards—especially concerning top allergens like nuts and soy—we’re unable to accept returns on used products. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

- Return Service/Restocking Fee: For orders outside of the United States of America, a service fee will apply to the total order value for returned products. This currently equals 10% for Canada orders, and 20% for UK orders.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods due to hygiene standards, therefore we are unable to accept returns on open and/or used personal care products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We offer FREE exchanges in the form of store credit for issues related to damages. Please reach out to our customer support team in order to process an exchange.
Additionally, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and inspected your return, to advise you if the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@truehealthexperts.com.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
